In this fitness class, Sara and Emily will help you build strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and stamina to a high-energy mix of metal, industrial, techno, electro, rap and hip-hop. Each class will include a thorough warm-up, conditioning exercises, dance aerobics and a cool-down with stretching. The two-teacher format ensures that someone will always be keeping an eye on your form and alignment.
Please bring a yoga strap, belt, or dog leash and a yoga or Pilates mat.
