Sundays, 10:00 – 11:15 AM: Hatha Yoga – All levels with Aparna
Hatha Yoga is a classic style of yoga that focuses on alignment and breath to build both strength and flexibility in one’s body. Expect to hold each pose for several breaths as we delve deeper into your body, breath, mind, and practice. Modifications for each pose will be suggested so all levels of yogis are welcome! Class will end with restorative poses and breath awareness meditation that will help bring us closer to our inner selves.
Fees: First class is $5. All other classes are $8 each. A Package of 5 classes is $30.
